Meet Chef Diamond

Chef Diamond, better known as “Dime,” began her baking journey at the age of seven in her Florida home, where a love for drawing and creativity shaped her earliest memories. Dime initially struggled to connect with baking—admitting she didn’t enjoy it for the first six months—but her determination and artistic background kept her moving forward. Over time, the kitchen became her canvas, and baking evolved from a chore into a true passion.

A proud graduate of Florida A&M University (FAMU) with a bachelor’s degree, Dime is set to earn her master’s from Florida State University (FSU), demonstrating there are truly no limits to what she can achieve as a creative. For Dime, the most rewarding part of baking is the decorating process, where her artistic vision comes alive and every cake becomes a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. She loves that each dessert allows her to share her art, turning her customers’ celebrations into glittering, memorable experiences.

Dime believes that through her cakes and confections, she isn’t just baking—she’s bringing joy, connection, and a sprinkle of magic to every occasion. For her, there is nothing more fulfilling than transforming ideas into edible art, and inspiring others to see that creativity truly has no bounds.
